Influences

While the seasons often determine what sort of "food mood" we're in, cuisines from around the world can provide a diverse and exciting palette of flavors from which to choose. 

Even in the dead of winter in New England, you can feel warmth and thrill from a meal. Inspiration comes from many places, but for me, 

it often comes from books. 

When I'm not traveling to taste- I taste to travel.
